Refund Policy

Pycehub reserves the right to charge the client fees in the event that a cancellation is made, following the confirmation of a booking. The following scale of charges will apply:

• The deposit paid is non-refundable, non-transferable regardless of the length of time prior to the event you decide to cancel.
• 100% refund for cancellation 30+ days before the start date.
• 50% refund for cancellation 15-29 days before the start date.
• 0% refund for cancellation 0-14 days before the start date

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Only once written cancellation is received and has been acknowledged by us will the cancellation become effective.
