How do fees work on PYCEHUB?

Joining and starting a shop on Pycehub is free. There are just a transaction fee to payment gateway (e.g. billplz FPX).

It costs you zero to publish a listing to the marketplace. Once a venue is booked via PYCEHUB, there is a minimal transaction fee on the sale price. 

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on Pycehub. Create an Pycehub account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location, put your venue name, create a listing, and that’s it! 

Can I customize my venue listing on Pycehub?

Yes, you can customize your venue listing with photos, descriptions, pricing, availability, and amenities. Showcase your venue’s unique features to attract more bookings.

How do I get paid?

Sellers can facilitate payments by entering bank account details, including the name of the bank, full name, and bank account number, in the seller dashboard. After customers complete their payments, Pycehub will securely transfer the corresponding amount (after deducting fees) to the seller’s registered bank account.

Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you have to enter your bank account details for the payment to be disbursed. You will not incur any charges until your venue is booked.
